A cash back mortgage maybe what your looking for. You can receive actual cash from the financial institution, up to 7% of the mortgage value (to a maximum of $20,000).

This is your money to do as you please with, whether you need new appliances our just  want to take a trip with your money it's yours to do that with.

There are many different cash back offers, you can receive as little as 1% to as much as 7%.  The amount of cash back determines the interest rate and the term in which the mortgage is lock in for.
