| Step 2: Processing |
Your loan application will be sent electronically to your agent of choice. You will be contacted to discuss your no obligation approval and/or some advice and options.

| Step 3: Documents |
To assist in making the process more efficient, we collect all supporting documents from you. These include items such as letters of employment, paystubs, and proof of down payment to name a few.

| Step 4: Your Mortgage |
Once you find that perfect property, simply forward your Offer to Purchase and Property Details Sheet, or, If this is a Refinance, once we have all of the required documents from step 3.
We then meet with you to review and sign your mortgage approval.
